Refund policy
To all our wonderful customers, thank you for shopping with ReeStyle
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase on our website, we will happily exchange, issue a store credit or refund you within 7 working days of receiving your item(s) back in store. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the customer. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For our in store purchases we ask you choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind. We will happily exchange your goods or issue a credit note as long as the tags have not been removed and the goods are in their original condition, with proof of purchase within 28 days. This excludes earrings due to hygiene reasons.

All shipping charges associated with the return or exchange of online purchases will be the responsibility of the customer. Alternatively, you are welcome to return your item(s) to our store for an exchange, store credit or refund (where applicable). Please bring a copy of your packing slip.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Clearance and sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, so please choose carefully.
- Earrings, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded due to hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange for another size, please give us a call as soon as possible. We'll do our best to put your preferred size aside while your return is on its way back to us.
If you'd rather not miss out, you're welcome to purchase the new size online and we'll process your refund once we've received and inspected your original item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
